Class Timetable

With over 20 group training sessions each week held across the Main Gym and the Blue Room, our timetable offers options to suit every fitness level.

All Gold and Fitness Passport members have unlimited group training access. Open Gym members and visitors (non-members) can book/pay on a casual basis. Bookings essential.

Prepare to have your heart rate pumping during this high intensity based workout, designed to make you SWEAT.

Our signature weights class designed to sculpt lean, toned muscle while increasing your strength.

Power

Love to Squat, Deadlift and Bench? Well this class is for you! With a slower paced, strength based class there will be a major focus on safe lifting and technique.

Core Strength
Core Strength

This core workout has been designed to align and strengthen your abdominal muscles, lower back and muscles around the pelvis.

Booty
Booty

Time to grow that 🍑! Our strength and hypertrophy training class designed to grow your glutes and build strength in your compound movements.

Mobility
Mobility

This class is aimed at freeing up the entire body with end range strength drills, soft tissue release and learning movement flows similar to yoga and dance.

Mums & Bubs
Mums & Bubs

Pregnancy and postpartum specific strength-based class. Bring your bub, bring your bump, bring your pram!
