  • Do you accept Fitness Passport?
    Yes, we accept Fitness Passport! A once-off sign-up fee of $99.00 is required to cover all administration costs. Fitness Passport members receive 24/7 access to Athletic Culture Gym and unlimited group training sessions. You can sign up here or visit reception during staffed hours to join. Your Fitness Passport membership ID will be required upon signing up.
  • Where can I find the Barbell Club in Gym 2?
    One of the many little gems located within Athletic Culture is our room beyond Gym 2, The Barbell Club. This room, while it can be hard to find initially, is for any and all gym members! Whether you’re just starting your fitness journey, are a seasoned Powerlifter or Olympic Lifter alike, one foot in this room and you’ll be lifting weights you never thought possible!
  • What classes do you run? How do I join a class?
    Our group training timetable can be viewed here or in our highlights on Instagram. Bookings are required via the Gym-Master app/portal as spots are limited. Download the Gym-Master app from the App Store or Google Play and create an account using the same email address as you used when signing up to the gym. Use the schedule in the app to book in for available group training sessions. All Gold and Fitness Passport members have unlimited group training access. Open Gym members and visitors (non-members) can book/pay on a casual basis.
  • The Culture Club and Recovery
    All new members receive a complimentary recovery session to be redeemed within 6-weeks of joining. To redeem, visit reception during staffed hours or contact the team at admin@athleticculture.com.au with the facility you wish to use (e.g. Infrared Sauna) and your preferred dates and times. All recovery facilities are available during staffed hours only. This is to ensure your safety. Bookings are essential for the Wet Sauna, Cold & Warm Magnesium Plunge, Infrared Sauna and Normatec Compression Boots. Booked sessions are up to 1-hour each. Members can book recovery via the Gym-Master app and are required to check-in at reception at least five-minutes prior to their session. Guests (non-members) must contact reception to book a recovery session and visit reception at least five-minutes prior to manually check-in, sign a waiver and process payment. All members and visitors must use a towel and also shower in between facilities to maintain the utmost level of cleanliness and personal hygiene. Towel hire is available at reception. To add recovery to your Athletic Culture Gym membership, you can join The Culture Club. We currently have two tiers available to cater to your recovery needs — Tier 1: Culture Club members receive x1 recovery session a week (or per 7-day period). Tier 2: Culture Club members receive unlimited recovery sessions a week (or per 7-day period). Discover The Culture Club and what else it has to offer here.
  • How do I book a recovery session?
    Download the Gym-Master app from the App Store or Google Play and create an account using the same email address as you used when signing up to the gym. Use the schedule in the app to book in for available recovery sessions. Bookings for our recovery facilities are essential. You must check-in at reception at least five-minutes prior to your session.
  • Joined the gym recently. How do I redeem COMPLIMENTARY recovery session, body scan and/or personal training session?
    Firstly, we’re so happy you’ve joined our Culture community! For personal training, our reception team will arrange a coach to be in contact. To redeem your complimentary recovery session log in to the Gym Master portal and view available bookings through the timetable for your preferred recovery facility, you can finalise your complimentary booking online OR visit reception during staffed hours to enquire. The Evolt 360 Body Scanner does not require bookings and can be used anytime during staffed hours. See reception to arrange.
  • Coaches and Personal Training
    Our team of coaches all offer a variety of personal training options that are customised to the individual. You can contact our coaches directly via Instagram or submit an enquiry through our website here. All new members receive a complimentary PT session as part of their Welcome/Joining Pack upon signing up to Athletic Culture Gym. Reception will arrange a coach to be in contact for an initial conversation and to arrange the session.
  • Parking
    During peak hour, the gym carpark can get full very quick. If you happen to grab a spot, please park all the way into the space available and avoid blocking other cars. Alternatively, we encourage parking on Hicks Street on the other side of the highway (opposite the gym) to save you time and stress!
  • Staffed Hours

  • Cancellation Policy and Process
    All cancellations of memberships are to be processed online through the Gym-Master portal. You can cancel your membership anytime by navigating to “manage membership” in the Gym-Master app. Alternatively, you can visit reception during staffed hours to speak with a member of staff and cancel. Cancellations of memberships will not be accepted via email or phone correspondence. All cancellations of memberships require a two-week notice period to be processed as per your membership Terms and Conditions.
